Mr. Duman is currently the President of Prism Technologies LLC, a privately held patent licensing company. Before joining Prism, Mr. Duman served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for Transgenomic from April 16, 2001 through January 3, 2003. Mr. Duman has been a director of Transgenomic since March 2000. Prior to joining Transgenomic Mr. Duman was with Artios, Inc., a transaction processing services company, as Chief Financial Officer from March 2000 through April 2001. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Transaction Systems Architects, Inc. (TSA), a software company. He joined TSA in 1983 and served in several capacities, including Chief Financial Officer through February 2000. Mr. Duman was a director on the Board for TSA from March of 2000 through July of 2002. From 1979 to 1983, he worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. as a certified public accountant. |
