Greg has an extensive background in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and investment banking. He has worked on an interesting and diverse array of transactions including real estate and golf course developments to food manufacturing. He typically leads new engagements at GCP personally and with the other members of GCP to identify, prioritize and structure all available options. Prior to founding GCP Greg was a partner at Equity Partners, Inc. and participated in over 50 transactions with companies experiencing financial difficulties. From 1991 to 1999, Greg was the founder and CEO of Peak Resources, Inc., an IBM Business Partner providing information systems and solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Under Greg’s leadership Peak grew from startup to nearly $20 MM. Previously, he was a top performer and sales manager with Capital Associates International, Inc., a publicly traded computer leasing company. Greg received a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Computer Science and Accounting from Washington & Lee University. |
