Mr. King was appointed as the CEO on the 15th August 2007. He was appointed Class II Director of the Company on the 6th August 2006 and on the same date was appointed Executive Vice-President of Business Development. Mr. King is responsible for developing Elcom’s global marketing strategy and product development liaison between partners and their end user trading communities. Mr. King has over twenty-five years executive level experience directing and managing a variety of business functions, products, marketing and sales. Mr. King joined Elcom in 1997. As co-founder and former President of Client/Server Software, Inc., Mr. King was responsible for their system integration and product development businesses. During his tenure, Mr. King designed, developed and deployed a client/server based document image management system for the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds and City of Boston Assessing Department; and the world’s first enterprise wide eProcurement system at Harvard University. Mr. King has also held several executive management positions at Gillette, Universal Software Associates and Task Oriented Software, Inc. Mr. King received his BA from Boston University. |
