Gregory B. Tomlinson, age 65, has served as a director of the Company since September 2004. Mr. Tomlinson, a certified public accountant, is a retired (effective 2002) partner of KPMG LLP, an international public accounting firm. During Mr. Tomlinson’s forty-year career with KPMG, he served in various technical and administrative positions, including Risk Management Partner for the Southwest Area, Partner in charge of the Firm’s Information, Communications and Entertainment practice in the Southwest Area, and immediately prior to his retirement, as Asia Pacific Risk Management Partner, resident in Tokyo.
