Gregory B. Kalush 49 was elected Chairman of the Board in May 2000. Mr. Kalush was appointed the Chief Executive Officer President and Director of the Company in March 1999. He joined the Company in February 1998 as Chief Financial Officer Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Kalush is also the sole member of the New Employee and Retention Stock Award Committee of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Interphase Mr. Kalush was with DSC Communications Corporation from 1995 to 1998. While at DSC he served as Vice President of Transmission Data Services Vice President of Operations International Access Products and Group Vice President of Finance Transport Systems Group. Prior to DSC Mr. Kalush was with IBM Corporation from 1978 to 1994. During that time his positions included Chief Financial Officer and Operations Executive for the Skill Dynamics Business Unit Director of Finance Planning and Administration for the Southwest Area and Division Director of Finance and Operations for the Data Systems Division. |
