Greg Frost who has been with Janus since February 1997 has served a variety of roles in his tenure with the firm. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Controller overseeing the company's key finance functions including accounting financial reporting and financial planning and analysis for Janus Capital Group and subsidiaries. Mr. Frost also has worked closely with treasury strategy tax investor relations compensation issues and transaction-related activity since Janus became a publicly traded company in January 2003.
From January 1998 though 2002 Greg was Controller and Assistant Treasurer and also supervised corporate services.
Prior to joining Janus Greg was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he worked in the audit department serving a variety of industries including the Janus Funds.
Greg is a CPA and the financial and operations principal for the Company's broker/dealer subsidiary. He is a 1992 graduate from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. |
