Gregory A. Compton brings significant legal experience to Middleton Reutlinger. He was Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Tumbleweed, Inc., a Louisville based operator and franchisor of Tumbleweed Mesquite Grill & Bar restaurants in the U.S. and with international licensees in Europe and the Mideast. Before joining Tumbleweed, Mr. Compton was Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of NTS Corporation, a Louisville property development, management and syndication company with commercial, multi-family, residential and PUD operations concentrated in Kentucky and the southeastern United States. Mr. Compton was in private practice prior to joining NTS Corporation, focusing on real estate development and syndication and general corporate law.Mr. Compton is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky Bar Associations, the Florida bar and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Governors and is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Kentucky. A licensed pilot, Mr. Compton is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Aero Club of Louisville. |
