Greg regularly represents banks, finance companies and other lenders in real estate foreclosures, representation in bankruptcy cases, and defense of a wide variety of issues. A former staff attorney for a consumer loan company and a former general practitioner, Greg joined the firm and opened the Indianapolis office in 2000. He has been in practice since 1977. Greg worked as local counsel for Spangler, Jennings & Dougherty, P.C. from 1997 to 1999, when an agreement was made for Greg to join the firm and open the firm’s Indianapolis office. Prior to that, he was the Indiana staff attorney for Fidelity Financial Services (now part of Wells Fargo Financial) from 1990 to 1997, where he handled a wide variety of duties, including collection suits on delinquent accounts, bankruptcy matters, real estate foreclosures, real estate closings, bulk purchases of auto finance accounts, and supervision of the local bad debt collection office. While Greg primarily represents lenders in various proceedings in Federal and state courts all over Indiana, he also has handled insurance subrogation and defense matters, primarily in automobile accident cases.
