Greg Klein is a senior advisor at Shields Meneley Partners. Mr. Klein works closely with co-founders Hugh Shields and Gail Meneley to implement the firm’s executive transition, life planning, leadership development and executive coaching services.
A seasoned professional, Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of experience counseling senior level executives and service professionals from a diverse number of industries and organizations, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 brands. Having worked with hundreds of senior executives in times of transition, he has a deep understanding of business cultures and the extraordinary challenges facing senior executives as they strive to meet stakeholder expectations.
Prior to joining Shields Meneley Partners, Mr. Klein was a principal at Clarey, Andrews & Klein, a boutique executive search firm based in Northbrook, IL. Previously, he was a partner, managing director and member of the board of management at A.T. Kearney Executive Search in Chicago. He began his professional career as a corporate attorney, practicing law for more than 11 years, first with the law firm Gardner, Carton & Douglas and then as part of Abbott Laboratories’ corporate legal team.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Klein has been active in many professional, community and cultural organizations. |
