Gregorio Reyes became a member of our Board in April 2004. Mr. Reyes has been a private investor and management consultant since 1994. Mr. Reyes began his career in the semiconductor industry with National Semiconductor Corporation in 1962, followed by executive positions with Motorola, Inc., Fairchild Semiconductor and Eaton Corporation. From 1981 to 1984, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of National Micronetics, Inc., a provider of hard disc magnetic recording head products for the data storage industry. Between 1986 and 1990, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Semiconductor Equipment Technologies. Mr. Reyes co-founded Sunward Technologies in 1985 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 1994. Mr. Reyes is Non-Executive Chairman of LSI Logic Corp., Chairman of the Board of Dialog Semiconductor plc, and a member of the boards of directors of other private companies. |
