Gregg Wheatland is a partner at Ellison, Schneider & Harris, a California law firm specializing in energy, water and environmental law. A 1976 graduate of the School of Law at the University of California, Davis, Gregg has specialized in energy , utility and municipal law. He has previously worked for a wide range of State and Municipal agencies, serving as Senior Staff Counsel at the California Energy Commission, Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge at the California Public Utilities Commission and Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, specializing in energy matters. At Ellison, Schneider & Harris Gregg has assisted private and municipal clients to obtain licenses for more than 2700 megawatts of new generation. He has also served for ten years as a member of the Contra Costa County Transportation Authority, the Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority and for twelve years as a member of the City Council for the City of Orinda. |
