Gregg Benoit began his career at ZERO Manufacturing in the Monson, MA operation working in the manufacturing area as a painter learning the techniques of mil-spec paint production. He moved into the Planning Department where he mastered the planning process for complex mil spec jobs and took that experience to Salt Lake City UT in 1992 where he accepted the Leadership position of managing the Estimating Department. There Gregg worked to develop cost reduction processes and was responsible to maintain the integrity of gross profit margin for all product lines and custom jobs. In June 2007, Gregg assumed a leadership role to oversee the execution of all sales orders for the Industrial Business Unit and in August became the Director of Manufacturing with responsibility for Estimating, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Control and Master Scheduling where he has since been driving manufacturing process improvements and cycle time reduction. |
