Gregg leads the strategic and financial analysis of all current and new investments as well as the sourcing of debt and equity capital. Previously, Gregg was the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Properties, a $2 billion NYSE publicly-traded REIT, prior to its sale to Camden Properties. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAREIT and serves on the finance committee of Charlotte’s Country Day School. Gregg received his Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
