Gregg has over twenty-five years in the private and corporate proxy election industry as a system architect, applications developer and innovator of electronic voting. When Election Services Corporation was launched in 2003, Gregg joined as CIO, bringing familiar and extensive experience and relationships in the technology side of the election services business. In 1999, he co-founded election.com, an election services company that specialized in Internet voting for both private and public elections, where he was Chief Technology Strategist. In 1992 he co-founded ICE Certified Elections and its subsidiaries ICE Data Systems and Ice Proxy Services. ICE Data Systems serviced private elections and conducted the first Internet election in 1997. ICE Proxy Systems services corporate proxy elections and developed comprehensive electronic information and voting system for trust managers for the banking industry. As the head of applications development for Independent Elections Corporation of America (IECA) from 1980 to 1992, Gregg was instrumental in developing the proxy election outsourcing business and helped develop the first remote voting and record keeping application for institutional investors. |
