Gregg H. Hilzer is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hilzer served as an associate at another New Jersey law firm. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable David B. Rand, Morris County Court, Family Division. A graduate, cum laude, of Lehigh University (2000), Mr. Hilzer received his law degree from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law (2003), where he was articles editor for The Penn State International Law Review, a member of the Art, Sport & Entertainment Law Clinic and served as class representative to the Student Bar Association. He is the author of, The Use of Mental Health Professionals as Expert Witnesses in Family Law Litigation, Morris County Women’s Journal, (April 2004) and The Use of Arbitration in Major League Baseball, Beyond Litigation (2001). Mr. Hilzer is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. |
