Mr. Greg Herren joined Seefried in May 2001 as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing and is currently Senior Vice President. He is charged with leasing and marketing oversight along with Atlanta development responsibilities.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Herren spent five years with Trammell Crow Company leasing industrial projects and six years as a lender with Bank of America's real estate finance group.
During his 12 year career, Mr. Herren has been responsible for leases and sales of nearly 7.5 million square feet approaching $250 million of value.
Mr. Herren earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Presbyterian College and a master of business administration from the University of South Carolina. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. |
