As Vice President and General Counsel, Greg Bishop is responsible for all of the company's worldwide legal affairs, including M&A, intellectual property protection, licensing, litigation, employment, sales and marketing, development, general corporate, antitrust, press / investor communications, and advertising. Greg brings more than twenty two years of experience to Control4, with eight years as a commercial litigator in Washington DC, and sixteen years of service as internal corporate counsel for companies located in New York, France and Utah. Prior to Control4, Greg was General Counsel of Murex S.A. and Campus Pipeline Inc., and was Acting General Counsel of Iomega Corporation. Greg has also worked as internal corporate counsel for Corning Inc., iBAHN Inc., LANDesk Software Inc. and The Event Source. Greg received his Juris Doctorate and MBA from Brigham Young University in 1986. |
