Mr. Small graduated in 1997 from the University of Pennsylvania , with a degree in geology and a minor in environmental studies. In 2001, he graduated from the Indiana University School of Law, where he was a member of the Business and Law Society and worked for Legal Aid of Bloomington.
Mr. Small's practice emphasizes corporate and commercial litigation. Even though his practice encompasses a multitude of areas, Mr. Small devotes much of his time to the areas of product liability defense, covenants not to compete and eminent domain. Aside from knowledge and experience with both federal and state trial procedure, he has experience with arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Small is licensed to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern District and Southern District of Indiana.
