Mr. Hofer has been Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2002 and Vice President Corporate Treasurer since June 2003. Mr. Hofer has over 14 years experience in accounting, and 10 years with manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining PowerCold Mr. Hofer was the president of Manufacturers Assistance Group (MAC), a consulting group specializing in troubled and startup manufacturing operations. Prior to MAC Mr. Hofer was Vice President of Operation for SewTexas, a manufacturer of custom apparel and CFO for City Pipe and Supply Company a commercial plumbing supply distributor; Controller for Hobbs Industries, a manufacturer of synthetic filter media; Cost Accounting Manager for Decibel Products, a manufacturer of telecommunication equipment. |
