Gray Medlin founded The Carson Medlin Company in 1991 and manages the firm’s North Carolina office. Immediately prior to founding The Carson Medlin Company, Mr. Medlin was vice president of corporate finance for a regional investment banking firm. There he provided community banks with valuation-related services, including mergers and acquisitions and financial fairness opinions. He began his corporate finance career handling corporate restructurings and private financings for a European-owned manufacturer. Mr. Medlin earned a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
