Grant DeFehr has served as our chief operating officer since December 2006. Prior to his current position, Mr. DeFehr served as Diamondback's vice president of acquisitions from May 2005 to March 2006. Before joining Diamondback as COO, he was chief operating officer for Great White Energy Services, a start-up energy service company in Oklahoma City. Mr. DeFehr is a member of the boards of directors for Rotary Drilling Tools, a start-up drill pipe manufacturing operation south of Houston, and Floran Technologies, an Oklahoma City-based water services company. Mr. DeFehr received a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a Masters in Public Administration degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. |
