Grant joined TDS in February 2000 from the law firm of Siskind, Cromarty, Ivey & Dowler. While a partner at Siskinds, Grant acted as counsel to TDS and, its predecessor company, Livingston Industries since 1972. His clients have included several large public and privately held corporations with business interests in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil and Europe.
Function:
In his current role Grant has full responsibility for all TDS Corporate & Legal affairs which includes overseeing contract negotiations, joint ventures, acquisitions & mergers and financings. He also acts as the Secretary of TDS and all its subsidiary companies.
Background:
Grant was called to the Ontario Bar in 1970 and holds a BA and LLB from the University of Western Ontario. Grant received a Queens Counsel designation in 1984.
