Grant Atkins is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and has been involved in the organization and administration of the company since its formation. For the past twelve years, Mr. Atkins has been self-employed and has been a financial and project coordination consultant to clients in government and private industry. He has extensive multi-industry experience in the fields of finance, administration, public company governance, and business development. He also acts as a non-independent member of the Company's Audit Committee and acts as Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Atkins is also currently President and Director of Lexington Resources, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and development company.
