Grant Aguirre Esq., General Corporate Counsel, Director of Human Resources, joined AEC in August of 2005. He is responsible for general legal counsel and human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and payroll. Prior to joining AEC, Mr. Aguirre was the Assistant to the General Counsel and the Equity Officer at University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Aguirre holds a BA in Political Science, MA Political Science from University of Central Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. |
