As the Group Executive Wealth Management Grahame Petersen is a member of the Group’s Executive Committee and is responsible for Colonial First State Colonial First State Global Asset Management and CommInsure.
Grahame has more than 27 years experience in the finance industry having joined the Rural Bank of NSW as a graduate in 1980.
His career in the finance industry is extensive and varied. Grahame has held senior management roles in business banking corporate banking business recovery retail banking cards and merchant services and funds management. He has also worked in London and New York.
Grahame’s experience includes sales management marketing product management strategy and change management.
Prior to his current role Grahame was the Group Executive Group Strategy Development where he had responsibility for Group strategy mergers and acquisitions and leadership of the ‘Which new Bank’ program team implementing the customer service transformation.
In March 2006 Grahame was appointed Group Executive Wealth Management.
Grahame's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia. |
