Graham Parsons leads the delivery and development of private banking services for high-net-worth clients one of the fastest-growing market segments in Canada and the U.S. Mr. Parsons is responsible for strategic direction of BMO’s trust and estate, customized banking, investment management, family office and philanthropic advisory services delivered through professionals in nearly 50 North American offices.
Mr. Parsons has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined BMO Financial Group in August 1992, and served as Community Banking Manager in Hamilton, Ontario. In 1995, Mr. Parsons was Vice-President, Kitchener Flagship and promoted to Senior Vice-President, South Western Ontario, Personal and Commercial Client Group in early 1999. In 1999, Graham assumed the responsibility of importing the U.S. Harris business model into Canada with the launch of BMO Harris Private Banking, which was ranked the leading Private Bank in Canada by Euromoney magazine in 2003 and 2004.
In 2002, he assumed the additional responsibility for oversight of Harris Private Bank among Euromoney’s Top 10 in the U.S. and in 2004 was named President for Harris Bancorp Insurance Services, Inc.
Mr. Parsons is Chairman of the Boards of Harris myCFO, Inc. and Sullivan, Bruyette, Speros & Blayney, Inc.
Mr. Parsons holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics Major, from the University of Western Ontario. |
