Grady Floyd joined as our COO in March, 2006. With twenty years of leadership experience in companies specializing in visual medical imaging, he was previously President and CEO of CardioNow, Inc., a cardiology image and information system company. Mr. Floyd also served as President and COO of Cemax-Icon, Inc., a pioneer in the Picture Archive and Communication (PACS) industry. Subsequent to Kodak's acquisition of Cemax-Icon, he served as Director of Global Operations for Kodak's PACS and Radiology Information Systems (RIS) division. Most recently, he was Co-Founder and COO of Vasant, L.L.C.., a consulting firm specializing in healthcare technology business development. Mr. Floyd began his career as a software systems engineer and has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
