Grady represents clients on environmental litigation, transactional and regulatory matters. Grady has tried numerous matters before the various federal and state courts, as well as North Carolina’s Office of Administrative Hearings, and has briefed and argued cases before nearly every level of appellate court. Grady argued Wilson v. McLeod Oil Company, Inc., one of the main cases under North Carolina's Oil Pollution and Hazardous Substances Control Act, to the North Carolina Supreme Court. Grady also assists clients with environmental due diligence in transactions, counsels lenders on environmental issues, and handles federal and state environmental regulatory and permitting matters.
Grady received his B.A., with honors, from Duke University. He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Grady was an Editor of the North Carolina Law Review. |
