Gordon has over 35 years global Information Technology experience within multi-billion dollar organizations, as well as start ups, primarily in high technology, eCommerce, financial services and distribution companies.He has served as CIO of the Franklin Templeton Group, the fifth largest USA Mutual Fund, as well as CIO of Novell for 5 years during the company's explosive growth period when it was the world’s leading computer networking company. His eCommerce expertise was served as an eBay VP and with Toysrus.com where he was CTO and CIO. He received CIO Magazine award - CIO 100 for Performance Excellence. He has served on the board of the SIIA (Software and Information Industry Association). Gordon has considerable expertise in such areas as Aligning IT with Business Strategy, Business Resilience Planning, M & A Integration, Infrastructure Planning, Outsourcing Strategy as well as IT Organization Effectiveness and Diagnostics.
