Gonzalo Sanabria is a real estate developer and President of Real Estate Works, Inc. Mr. Sanabria attended Windham College in Vermont where he got a degree in economics. Mr. Sanabria has long been an active member of the community. He formerly served as Vice Chairman of the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Miami-Dade County Planning Advisory Board for five consecutive years, and as Director for the Latin Builders Association. Mr. Sanabria is a Trustee Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and has been involved in the following organizations: Baptist Hospital Founders Club, the Beacon Council, South Dade Concerned Citizens, the Hammocks Citizen Advisory Board, as Honorary Chairman of the Small Business Council and President of the Homeowners Association of Gables By the Sea Community. He is also an accomplished public speaker with the prestigious status of Competent Toastmaster. Among other charitable activities, Mr. Sanabria and his wife Nancy have been contributors to the Miami Rescue Mission, Informed Families of South Florida and have provided funding for furnishing windows and air conditioners to a pre-kindergarten school of unprivileged children in Latin America. Mr. Sanabria’s successful track record and his 30-plus years of real estate experience have earned him a place as one of South Florida’s most well-respected real estate veterans. Mr. Sanabria, his wife Nancy, and their two sons, Victor and Eric reside in Coral Gables, Florida. |
