Gonzalo Marquez is the Chief Financial Officer for the Mobius Security Group. He is responsible for managing the group’s financial analyses, planning, reporting, and relationships with capital providers. Gonzalo also oversees strategic business development, creating growth opportunities for the company through strategic alliances, joint ventures, and other partnerships.Gonzalo has a strong background in financial and entrepreneurial management and his professional experience includes participation in early-stage ventures, private equity investments, and investment banking. Gonzalo was formerly the CFO of TM Systems LLC, an entertainment industry software company. Prior to this, he was a Principal of Banc of America Equity Partners, a $250 million private equity fund. As a Principal of this fund, Gonzalo participated in the acquisition and sale of companies in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Venezuela. Gonzalo has a broad base of business experience, having been involved as an investor or board member of companies in the security, information technology, healthcare, retail, and entertainment sectors. Gonzalo is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he received a BBA with High Distinction. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. |
