Glenn Winograd has been in the recruiting business since 1984, beginning his career as a recruiter shortly after graduating from the University of Florida. His first job in the recruiting industry was with one of the country's largest privately held recruiting firms in New York City. In 1988 he joined Criterion Executive Search, Inc. and formed their Insurance Division. Glenn, who is a C.P.C. is considered to be one of the top insurance recruiters in the Tampa Bay area and has been widely quoted in the local newspapers as well as the Wall Street Journal on employment issues. He also serves on numerous boards and organizations. |
