Glenn Tobias has extensive Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions experience. Mr. Tobias is currently providing financial advisory services to Private Equity clients and recently spent 8 Years in the Telecommunications Industry with Global Crossing Limited executing over $10 billion of transactions including capital raises acquisitions and divestitures and corporate restructurings. The first 15 years of Glenn Tobias’ career were spent in the Investment Banking arena primarily at BNP Paribas where he was Managing Director - Head of BNP Paribas’ Energy Natural Resources and Project Finance Group. His client driven focus led to the completion of $15 billion of financings for a diverse set of projects throughout the Americas and Asia including conventional and alternative fuels based Power Generation Oil & Gas Petrochemicals Pulp & Paper Natural Resources Energy Conservation and Industrial and Commercial Infrastructure. Principal responsibilities included strategy client and business development transaction structuring and negotiation portfolio management and recruitment. |
