Mr. Hogan is founder, president and chief executive officer of Hogan 2006 Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate development company headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Hogan Real Estate provides real estate services for retailers, institutional and private property owners and investors. Mr. Hogan has over twenty years of real estate development experience and has developed over five million square feet of retail space in the Midwest and Southeast. Mr. Hogan is a certified commercial investment member and is past president of the Kentucky State CCIM Chapter. Mr. Hogan was appointed to our board of directors on October 19, 2006 and serves as a member of the compensation and nominating committees. |
