Mr. Glenn Gargan is InfoZen’s Vice President of Contracts and Business Operations. After a decade in retail grocery management, Glenn received his Undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. Following graduation, Glenn joined the Entrepreneurial Services and High Technology Group of Ernst & Young, where he was a member of the IPO teams of America Online and Starbucks, and was heavily involved in the firm’s venture capital activities. Glenn followed a client from public accounting into the construction industry, where he was a CFO for more than a decade. After receiving his MBA (specializing in Entrepreneurship/Venture Capital, Logistics/Supply Chain Management; and International Business) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, Glenn utilized his experiences as an Operations and Program Executive for 8(a) Government contracting firms, and in 2004 helped start a new 8(a) firm. Glenn is also involved with the Project Management Institute as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and the Construction Financial Management Association as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). He is the Chairman of the Smith School Alumni Mentor Program, where he has been a Senior Mentor for the past five years; and is on both the Dean's Advisory Council and the Alumni Board of Governors. |
