Tenure with Crosland: Since 2005 Professional Experience: As a Vice President of Construction, Glenn manages the construction of multifamily communities in the Raleigh Region. Glenn has over 19 years experience in managing the construction and development of over 2500 multi family units, 2000 single family lots and 200 homes. Prior to joining Crosland, Glenn was a Project Manager with HHHunt of North Carolina where he was primarily responsible for managing the construction of apartment properties. Before that, he was a Project Manager with South Atlantic Construction/Management where he managed the construction of apartments, condominiums, town homes and single family homes as well as managing land development activities. Glenn started his career as a superintendent with Natelli Communities in Gaithersburg, Md. where he was involved with land development of large planned communities, production and custom home building as well as residential remodeling. |
