Glenn Cox was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company effective October 10th, 2005. Mr. Cox has been with the company for over nine years holding various positions including those of Vice President Customer Care, Vice President Professional Services and Vice President Business Development. Prior to joining Spescom Mr. Cox spent 15 years with Northeast Utilities where he participated in many facets of the organization including the nuclear, fossil, transmission, distribution and customer service areas. During his tenor at NU, Mr. Cox held various management positions, influenced strategic team decisions, and participated in a number of successful high impact enterprise projects.
