Glenn Copen, Vice President of Civilian Programs and KeyLogic’s Portfolio and Performance Management Strategic Business Unit (SBU), joined KeyLogic in 2003 with more than 30 years of technology experience and over 20 years of project management experience. Mr. Copen studied Mathematics at West Virginia University and, prior to joining KeyLogic, worked with companies including AT&T, Bell Atlantic, Nationwide Insurance, Sterling Software (now Computer Associates) and ManTech Corporation. While at KeyLogic, Mr. Copen has been instrumental in the expansion of civilian programs and the development of KeyLogic’s methodology for IT portfolio management and Earned Value Management. He has performed duties as Senior Performance Analyst and Senior Project Manager for agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL), General Services Administration (GSA) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and leads KeyLogic’s team supporting Northrop Grumman and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) with Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. |
