Mr. Charlesworth, CFO, has been with Equity Broadcasting Corporation since 2001. He oversees the accounting department and is responsible for financial reporting duties. Mr. Charlesworth has over 25 years experience in public accounting and has previously worked for Cytomedix, Inc, a publicly-traded company, as CFO and Vice President of Finance. Mr. Charlesworth is a 1973 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with an Accounting major. Mr. Charlesworth is a Certified Public Accountant (currently on public inactive status) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Charlesworth’s community involvement includes serving on the board of the Arkansas Children’s Museum and the Westside YMCA as well as past president of the Arkansas Auxiliary of the Gladney Center of Adoption. |
