Served as a director of the Company since 2003. Since 1999 he has been Director Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of the First American International Bank Brooklyn N.Y. Prior to the founding of
the Bank he spent almost 20 years at Citibank as Vice President. Mr. Chang is a Certified Public Accountant. |
