Glenn Krassen is a partner in charge of the Bricker & Eckler Cleveland office and practices in the areas of complex energy finance, energy, public utilities, corporate, real estate and oil and gas law.
Representative Experience
Represents the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council, the largest public energy aggregation in the country, comprised of 120 northern Ohio counties, cities and townships
Served as bond and special counsel for the issuance of over $500 million of municipal bonds in the past several years
Represents public and private entities on complex energy finance issues and electric and gas procurement issues
Serves as outside general counsel for oil and gas and other energy companies
Represents oil and gas and other energy companies in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, partnerships and other business transactions
Has represented municipalities and others on municipal utility, electricity, gas, steam and chilled water and sewer issues
Represents numerous Ohio councils of governments
