Glenn joined our group after nearly 20 years with Huntoon Hastings - the FHA lender that is now part of Johnson Capital. Glenn was instrumental in building Huntoon Hastings' portfolio through acquisitions from mortgage companies, thrifts, commercial banks and other institutions. A nationally recognized mortgage expert in FHA-insured programs, Glenn began his career as a vice president in the commercial loan subsidiary of Norwest Corp. which, under Glenn's guidance, rapidly became the nation's largest volume lender. Prior to joining Huntoon Hastings, Glenn was president of Merrill Lynch Huntoon Paige, where he managed origination and servicing of FHA-insured construction and permanent loans - a group that closed approximately $4.5 billion in loans in five years. Glenn holds a B.A. in English from St. John's University. |
