Glen S. Corso directs PMI’s U.S. government relations, public relations, and housing advocacy efforts, creating an advocacy infrastructure to support PMI’s role in the world’s mortgage finance system.
Originally hired in 1998 as Assistant Vice President of Investor and Public Relations, Corso became Group Senior Vice President of Corporate Capital Management and Corporate Relations in 2003, managing PMI’s relationships with the global credit rating agencies Standard & Poor’s, Fitch, and Moody’s and corporate capital management, in addition to investor relations and public relations.
Corso has more than 30 years experience in the mortgage industry. He has held senior legislative/regulatory positions with the Mortgage Bankers Association and National Association of Home Builders, both located in Washington, D.C. He was general counsel of Victoria Mortgage Company, San Antonio and ITT Residential Capital Corporation, San Francisco. Corso was also a partner with LAI/Chartwell Partners, an executive search firm in San Francisco.
Corso serves on the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa Council. He is a member of the state bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Texas.
Corso holds a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Catholic University School of Law. |
