Mr. Ritter, has served as the Company's Vice President since April 2005, and the President of Coil Tubing Services, L.L.C. ("CTS") since the acquisition of CTS in May 2001. Prior to that time, Mr. Ritter was the part owner in and President of CTS since its inception in 1997. Mr. Ritter has over 29 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry.
