I met my boss eight years ago at a get together (professional mortgage women's association), she was the keynote speaker and was looking for qualified people. Bayview was small at the time, I was the fiftieth employee and I saw the potential to get in at the beginning and make my mark. Its been a challenging time; the growth has come fast and furious. I can remember in the early years how we did a lot of things by hand, now everything is automated. The one consistent thing though has been management's response; they really care about us and appreciate the effort we put in. Bayview has met my expectations in so many ways; they bring a lot to the table. It's amazing how much is going on. There no limit to the growth this company is experiencing. From forging the new business units to our expansion into the European market. There's always something to look forward to. I worked for a bank and a mortgage company but they weren't as fearless as Bayview. They explore opportunities and are willing to take risks. You hear people talk about "the Bayview way" which is our particular way of doing business. Identifying opportunities and moving quickly to take advantage of them. A lot of people aren't used to that fast-paced approach, but we thrive on it. It's the cornerstone of our success. |
