GK also worked with users on business process improvement through enterprise resource planning (ERP), Supply-Chain planning solutions, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions within manufacturing and distribution organizations. He has over 18 years of experience in manufacturing systems in operations, systems planning, system design, integration, implementation with process re-engineering and business development. He has worked with several Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies to provide IT solutions, while working on leading enterprise software products like i2 supply chain solution, Oracle E-Business suite, MFG-Pro, MAXCIM, CIMPRO, and Siebel CRM solution.
