Mr. Alemani is a partner of Curtis London and is based in the Firm’s Milan office. He has extensive experience in banking, broker-dealer matters, corporate debt restructuring, commercial contracts, and the formation and maintenance of bank and family foundations. He also has extensive experience in national arbitrations, complex commercial litigation and the handling of bankruptcy proceedings and liquidations on behalf of debtors and creditors including representing foreign and domestic, public and private corporations and financial institutions in insolvency proceedings. Mr. Alemani has also developed a strong experience in the restructuring of financially distressed companies in Italy. He has at the same time acquired, over the years, a deep knowledge of the Italian real estate market, and has assisted clients in identifying Italian or foreign investors interested in investing in real estate in Italy, in the acquisition of either real estate properties or building lots to be resold in whole or in part, possibly in connection with the issuance of financial instruments.
Mr. Alemani is admitted to practice in Italy and before the Italian Supreme Court.
