Giuseppe joined Pierce Atwood LLP's Business & Tax Practice Group in 2005. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood LLP, Giuseppe was an associate in the Corporate Department at Bacon & Wilson, P.C. in Springfield, Massachusetts, and Bingham McCutchen, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. His practice has involved general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, licensing and financing matters.
Education
Giuseppe holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business and Economics, and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems, with distinction, from Bentley College Graduate School of Business. He received his J.D., cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law. While at St. John's University School of Law, Giuseppe was an Articles and Notes Editor of the St. John's Law Review; the Winner of the 1998 ASCAP Nathan Burkan Memorial Writing Competition; on the Dean's List during 1996-98; and received the Award for Excellence in study of Copyright Law, Computer Law and Criminal Procedure.

Giuseppe is a member of the Board of New Hampshire Southeast Habitat for Humanity.
