Giulio Poggioli is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato based in the Rome office. He is a member of the Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on investment funds, including hedge funds, guaranteed funds and private equity funds.
Giulio has been involved in several financial transactions, advising and representing various banks and leading investment companies, both domestic and international, in the establishment of mutual investment funds, Sicavs, hedge funds in Italy and supporting and supervising the registration procedure with the Italian Regulators, including the listing of ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) on the Italian Stock Exchange.
