Gina Armstrong is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group and is part of the Corporate Finance Team. Her practice focuses primarily in commercial loan transactions and other credit financings including secured and unsecured loans, public financings, asset-based lending and syndicated loan facilities.
Before attending law school, Gina was a corporate loan officer working in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate finance, asset-based lending and project finance. After law school, Gina was an associate in the Corporate Department of Whitman, Breed, Abbott and Morgan in New York City where her practice focused on structured finance and securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. |
